Starting Well

Starting Well is a new blog to assist pastors who are (or soon will be) serving in a new ministry setting. It is designed to help you get off on the right foot and minimize unnecessary conflict as you seek to shepherd the flock among you.

Whether you are a new pastor in your first church or an experienced pastor serving in a new setting, you will find resources and tools here to help you love well, learn well, listen well, and lead well.
