Starting Well
Starting Well is a new ministry priority of the Kentucky Baptist Convention to assist pastors who are (or soon will be) serving in a new ministry setting. It is designed to help you get off on the right foot and minimize unnecessary conflict as you seek to shepherd the flock among you.
Whether you are a new pastor in your first church or an experienced pastor beginning to serve in a new setting, you will find resources and tools here to help you love well, learn well, listen well, live well, and lead well.
